A very relaxing and pleasant experience overall. They were able to put together a really great deal, I thought, right up front. A nice trade-in value for my 2020 Jeep, along with their Employee Pricing promotion really left me with no reason not to trade. My new Explorer ST is exactly what I wanted. I’m also very impressed with service as well, for added options.
All was well and the experience was a good one. Billy did a great job helping us out with the entire process. It has been a week and we still have not received the license and title paperwork, but I assume it will come soon. The only advice would give is that for a customer coming from out of town, research on the vehicle being purchased should be completed by the sales staff before arriving to complete the purchase. Again, overall good experience and would recommend.

I already had an appointment with another dealer to purchase a F150. I stopped by Rod Baker Ford since it's on the way and wanted to know if they can beat the out the door price I had for the packages I wanted. They did so fairly quickly by removing dealer options I did not want. The entire process went smoothly. I did have to go back because the tie down cleats were missing in my truck, but they got those to me quickly.

We saw the vehicle we wanted on the internet at a very competitive price at Rod Baker Ford and called. Matthew Pollock provided the information and verified the price and said that there was one additional cost for a dealer installed piece of equipment. Had a terrible experience here with a salesman named Joe. We went in to test drive the Mustang Mach E. The test drive was very short - basically the equivalent of once around the block. Every time I took my foot of the accelerator, the car immediately slowed to a complete stop. Joe said "That's the way all electrics work." I know that's not true, because I've driven several of them. Bought a new 2022 F-150 at Rod Baker after looking for several months. Took my time and reviewed everything. Each question and or concern addressed by the staff. Have used their service with prior vehicles. Service is top notch also.
Although it was though to negotiate with sales, JR Carlson was a great guy to work with along the way. He is communicative, patient, and caring. I would recommend working with JR if you are seeking to purchase a vehicle at Rod Baker Ford. Also, during the negotiation process, I identified some broken/missing plastic pieces. JR is currently working with me to have those pieces replaced at no cost.

I purchased 2016 Ford Fusion from this dealership and I did everything I was supposed to do to take care of the vehicle. i did not know that there is a techincal service bulletin for fusions saying that engine blocks are likely to crack and 2 years later the engine block needs to be replaced and I'm stuck paying a car note for a car that doesn't even work. they will scam you with a friendly face.. do not bring your car in if you need any sort of service done. they will claim to have fixed it then give you something that does not work.

RB was the third of 3 Ford dealerships I went to as I was replacing a 2015 Escape with a newer Escape. Overall it was a good experience with the price being within a few hundred of what was expected based on trade in value and online research. What I'd suggest to them though is the delivery could be significantly improved. For instance, I went from a traditional gas model to a hybrid with a Titanium package with tons of bells and whistles. The last time I was in for an oil change , the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak on right side of engine. The service writer (Joe Picicci) said he would schedule me to find and repair problem. Be very careful! I bought recently a Rav 4 HYBRID 2016 from this dealer with high price. It was a very bad experience. They sent me the title late without warranty and did not inform me there are sales tax I have to pay in addition to state tax and to title fees. I WAS OBLIGED TO PAY THE EXTRA FEES they are supposed to pay , and after getting the registration from DMV I found recently a windshield scratch that was hidden by a temporary repair. They did quite a bit of work on my car. They rebuilt most of the front end plus rear shocks and brakes. People ask me why I take my car back to the dealer. The main reason is the quality of work and prices are fair with some below what maintenance shops in the area charge. The only complaint I had they left papers on my front and back seat and left the windshield smeared with hand prints.
Was great visit again, nice when service writers know your name. Called for service at 10:00 am, said they were booked but would fit me in. Was expecting to leave car, but when got there Joe, one of the service writers said have a seat, that he’d get it done by the time they drove me home and back! Never bad experience here. I am typically pretty nervous about getting my car serviced; however, Jen (service writes) was really nice and explained everything that needed to be done. They even checked over some other items I requested. All-in-all very happy so far.
